"Wendy and Barry Stimpson, owners of the esteemed Passel Estate Winery, originate from both England and South Africa. Upon countless visits to the beautiful Margaret River, the two fell in love with the region's spectacular natural environment and, of course, its world-class wine selections.

After so many trips and so many stories to share, the two made the Margaret River their home in 2005. In 2011, they found the picturesque property, overloaded with well-established vineyards and bush land areas that would one day become the Passel Estate Winery that we have all come to know and love today.

First planted in 1994, comprised of 1.5ha each of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, the couple later added additional plantings of Shiraz and Chardonnay. Born of both a love of wine, memories and one another, the Passel Winery Estate is one of the most unique wineries the world over. Each and every fruit and each and every bottle is an expression of 20 plus years of life, love and prosperity.
