With over 35 years culinary experience in fine Indian Cuisine, Sushil is an ex-Taj chef who brings not only originality, but also high quality to the dishes that are served at Nautanki Restaurant, and demands the same from the chefs working with him. Before the introduction of Bollywood (the Hindi film industry), Nautanki was the most popular forms of folk theatre performances in Northern India and was the main source of entertainment in the villages & towns.
